Yes, there is a $50 fee for meet-and-greet service.
Yes, there is a $30 fee if your pickup time is between 11 pm – 5 am.
You can book using our online booking tool. There is a walk-through video
tutorial available for booking a ride with us.
A minimum of 2 hours is required to make a reservation.
You will receive a confirmation email with the booking schedule shortly after
booking.
Once your flight lands, our chauffeur will text you pickup directions and door
number.
Chauffeurs will wait 60 minutes for an international flight, 60 minutes for a
domestic flight, and there is a 15 minute grace period for your other pickup
locations. There will be a wait-time charge after complimentary time is over.
We will need your flight number to track your flight. If the flight is delayed or
landing early, then our chauffeurs will make sure to arrive accordingly.
Yes, all our vehicles are insured with commercial insurance.
You can find the luggage capacity for each car mentioned in our fleet section.
No, we don’t but you can bring your own.
We will do our best to contact you about your item and if shipping is needed, we
will do that at your expense.
No, you are not allowed to bring food or drinks to avoid spills and accidents.
There will be complimentary water and mints to keep you hydrated.
Yes, there will be a $250 cleaning fee if you leave a mess in the vehicle.
Yes, small pets are allowed. However, you need to keep them in a pet carrier.
Smoking and alcohol are not allowed!
You can cancel up to 4 hours prior to your pickup time. For trips over 50 miles,
you can cancel up to 8 hours prior to your pickup time. No refund will be issued
if the policy kicks in.
Yes, you are welcome to pay in cash but you still need to put your credit card
information for a charge hold. There will be no charge to your card if you’ve
paid by cash.
Yes, but there will be a $20 charge unless you have booked as an hourly service.
Choose your service type, enter the pick-up date and time (ensure AM/PM is correct), and select pick-up/drop-off locations from the suggestions. Add the number of passengers and luggage (note vehicle limits), then select a vehicle to get a quote.
Choose your car type to see available options. Review the “i” icons for rate details and vehicle info. If you see “We are unable to determine vehicle for your ride,” check your service type, selected addresses, or luggage/passenger limits. Click BOOK NOW to proceed and complete your reservation.
Log in or book as a guest. Enter flight info, select Meet and Greet, choose return service, and add payment details. Click BOOK NOW, note your confirmation number, and enjoy your ride!
