1. Introduction

Welcome to Luxury Chicago Limo. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.


2. Reservations and Cancellations

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All reservations must be confirmed via email or phone. Clients must provide accurate personal information, working cell phone number or email address, pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times. Inaccurate details may result in service delays or cancellations.

Pick-up Instructions:

  • Airports Curbside:
    Our Chauffeur will text you upon landing. Please respond promptly and follow their instructions. Note that vehicle arrival times are 10-12 minutes on slow days and over 20 minutes on busy days.

  • Meet & Greet Service:

    • Domestic Flights: The chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name. Complimentary 60-minute wait time after gating. Additional parking costs apply.
    • International Flights: The chauffeur will meet you at the information desk, holding a sign with your name. Please respond promptly to texts and follow instructions. Additional parking costs apply.
    • Delays: If delayed by customs or luggage, inform us within the included wait time. The chauffeur will wait as long as possible, but an additional hour of service will be charged. Ensure timely communication to facilitate a smooth pickup experience.
  • Non-Airport Pickups:
    Our chauffeur will text you one hour before your scheduled pickup to confirm they are on the way, and again upon arrival at the location. Please respond promptly to these messages.

Waiting Time Policy:

  • Complimentary Waiting Time: A 15-minute waiting period is included.
  • No Show Policy: If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the driver will be released, and it will be considered a No Show. You will be charged 100%.
  • Running Late: If you are running late, inform us within the included waiting time. The driver will wait as long as needed, but an additional hour of service will be charged for the respective vehicle. If you do not agree to the extra charges, it will be considered a Late Cancellation, the driver will be released, and you will be charged 100%. Ensure timely communication to avoid additional charges.

Delayed Arrival Flights:
Unlike many companies that cancel rides for delayed flights, we will keep your reservation. However, please consider the chauffeur who has been waiting for you. Upon arrival from a delayed flight, you may experience a slightly longer wait for your car.

Delayed Departure Flights:
If your flight is delayed while you are preparing for pickup, and the driver is already on the way, you cannot reschedule the pickup time. Your options are:

  • Leave at the scheduled pickup time and wait at the airport.
  • Keep the car on an hourly basis at your location.
  • Release the driver, pay for the initially booked ride, and reserve another one for later.
    Please understand that while the delay is not your fault, it is not ours either, and the driver needs to be compensated.

Diverted Flights: We will charge you $50 extra to make up somehow for the stranded driver.
Missed Flights: If your flight is missed, please let us know before your plane has already departed. We will not charge you. If you do not, we will charge you 100% No Show.
Switched Flights: In the event that you have switched the flight, please let us know. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% No Show.
Canceled Flights: If your flight is canceled, we will provide a store credit for your next ride. Refunds are not available for canceled flights. If you did not include flight information in your reservation, show us your ticket for confirmation.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a full charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge.
  • Special Events: For special events, including weddings and proms, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.

2.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to show up at the designated pick-up location will result in a full charge. The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes for airport pick-ups and 15 minutes for other locations. Pickups with incorrect flight numbers, addresses, dates, and times will be considered a No Show, and you will be charged 100%.


3. Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash payments. All payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

3.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting Time: $25 per 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Extra Stops: $20 per additional stop.
  • Tolls and Parking Fees: Charged at cost.
  • Damage Fees: Costs incurred from any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their party. There is a $30 fee if your pickup time is between 11 pm – 5 am.

4. Service Usage

4.1 Vehicle Capacity

Clients must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if this condition is not met.

4.2 Behavior

Clients are expected to behave responsibly. The consumption of alcohol by underage passengers, drug use, and smoking are strictly prohibited. The driver has the right to terminate the service if any illegal activity is detected.

4.3 Damages

Clients will be held responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence or inappropriate behavior. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any excessive cleaning required due to spills, vomiting, etc.


5. Liability

5.1 Delays

Luxury Chicago Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to arrive at pick-up and drop-off locations on time.

5.2 Lost Items

We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle. Clients are advised to ensure they have all their belongings before exiting. Any found items will be kept for 30 days.

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle or cancel the service with a full refund.


6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Client Information

All client information collected during the booking process is kept confidential and used solely for providing our services. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

6.2 Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks of data transmission over the Internet.


7. Refund Policy

7.1 Service Failure

If we fail to provide the agreed service due to our fault, a full refund will be issued. Refunds for other reasons are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

7.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made according to our policy, depending on the notice given and the circumstances.


8. Amendments

8.1 Policy Changes

Luxury Chicago Limo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via our website or email. Continued use of our services following any amendments indicates acceptance of the new terms.
